SAKURA KYOTO CHERRY BLOSSOM SIMPLE SYRUP 

  • 1 HEAPING TEASPOON OF SAKURA KYOTO CHERRY BLOSSOM TEA

  • 12 OZ. OF WATER

  • 4 OZ. SUPERFINE CANE SUGAR

TAKE 1 HEAPING TEASPOON OF SAKURA KYOTO CHERRY BLOSSOM TEA AND INFUSE INTO 12OZ. OF BOILING WATER. BREW FOR 5 MINUTES AND POUR OUT. ADD 4OZ. OF SUGAR AND COOK (STIRRING CONSTANTLY) UNTIL THE SUGAR DISSOLVES COMPLETELY. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE USING. 

CHERRY BLOSSOM COCKTAIL 

  • 1 OZ. CHERRY BLOSSOM SIMPLE SYRUP

  • 1 OZ. VODKA, GIN OR RUM

  • SQUEEZE OF LIME

POUR OVER ICE AND TOP WITH A SPLASH OF SODA WATER 

CHERRY BLOSSOM REFRESHER 

12OZ. FRESH BREWED SAKURA KYOTO CHERRY BLOSSOM ICED TEA. ADD CHERRY BLOSSOM SIMPLE SYRUP TO TASTE. TOP WITH A SPLASH OF SODA WATER (IF DESIRED). GARNISH WITH FRESH FRUIT.
