Tropical Spiced Clementine

We first take fresh, peak of season clementine and zest it, preserving the natural aromatics of citrus. This fragrant peel, along with apple, rosehip, hibiscus, and three types of cinnamon are allowed to rest in a barrel until they become one. Bright and refreshing with a Samba dance of spice on the palate.
